These terms cover the larkward.com website only. The LarkWard app is still in development. When it launches it will have its own separate terms of service, which you will be asked to accept at that time.

What this site is
This is an informational website about our company and the product we are building. No product or service is offered for sale here. Nothing on this site is an offer, a warranty, or a contract for the LarkWard app, and product descriptions here describe what we are building, not what is available today.
Using the site
You are welcome to view, link to, and share this site. Please do not misuse it: no attempting to disrupt, breach, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure; no automated scraping that burdens the service; and no unlawful use.
Forward-looking statements
This site describes a product under active development. Features, timing, availability, and pricing may change, and some described capabilities may change or not ship at all. We aim to keep this site accurate, but we do not guarantee that every statement about a future product will prove correct.
Intellectual property
The LarkWard name, logo, copy, and design are owned by LarkWard Technologies, Inc. The three typefaces used here (Newsreader, Hanken Grotesk, and Spline Sans Mono) are open source and used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

This site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We may change, update, or take the site offline at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LarkWard Technologies, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this informational site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
